The guest room was so cozy and had the most amazing view of the George Washington Bridge. As a young traveler who loves the city, it felt like a dream to wake up to such a breathtaking sight every morning.

I found the noise from the street a bit distracting at times. But I understand that some people might not mind it.

Gym on ground floor. Close to subway. Coffee machine, water bottle, nice TV, helpful staff. Thank you for sending forgotten backpack. Easy to find after George Washington Bridge. Great view south along Manhattan.

We booked it for our weekend and had a very comfortable stay here. Got the same a double room with two double beds booked online, loved that.

This hotel was a hidden gem in a great location. I stayed here for a 5-day vacation and found it to be conveniently close to the subway, making it easy to explore different parts of the city. The rooms were clean and modern, which is a rarity for NYC hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. I also appreciated the breakfast offered, providing a good start to the day before venturing out into the city. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

It's a bright boutique hotel with magnificent location in Washington Heights district next to the Metro station, 1 train and columbia med center, C subway at 168th street.

I had a great 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The continental breakfast was delicious, staff offered eggs, cheese, fruit, cereal and yogurt.

We stayed at Edge Hotel for a week while visiting Columbia Medical School and Presbyterian Hospital. The room decor was pleasing, the bedsheets and bath towels were high quality, and the room offered a fantastic view of downtown Manhattan. The staff was kind and helpful, and the location was very convenient, with the subway station just steps away.

This hotel was lucky, it provided outstanding service, and the rooms where functional. The breakfast had lots of options and included cereals, yogurt, fruit and eggs. Late check-out was useful.

The room was extremely small, more like a dorm room than a hotel room. There was no place to put or open our bags, and we had to place them on the bed to access our belongings.

The place was hip new and small and the staff were wonderfully helpful, the location was perfect conveniently near to the Metro station. The continental breakfast was savoury, included: eggs, cereal, yogurt and fruit.

Freshly prepared breakfast and a compact room : that's what I loved. Walking distance to stores and convenience stores across the street. Efficient staff and the experience was really good. Hotel was overall clean and the service was excellent.

As young people, we absolutely loved the modern and clean room with its surprisingly stylish bathroom. The set of shower necessities was a nice touch, and the plush towels made us feel like we were staying in a high-end hotel. The location was perfect for us, with a nearby subway stop allowing easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The valet parking service was a convenient perk, and the reasonable price for a Manhattan stay was a pleasant surprise.

I liked the bathroom, clean, I also liked the breakfast although it is quite simple, I liked that they have internet, room is small but comfortable. hotel is very clean, elevators are very wide, I like that the hotel is very close to the subway, almost two blocks. It is a small but nice hotel, clean, everything was fine

Maybe I would suggest that the employees at the reception were more open or more friendly, not that they were not friendly, but maybe they showed more empathy, I had a little problem with the thermostat, that is, the first night, the room was very cold but the next day the problem was solved.

I had a great 4-night stay at Edge Hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting me with transport and other arrangements. The rooms were modern, clean, and quiet, with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The location was perfect, right by the subway and in a beautiful area of the city. I also appreciated the controllable temperature, natural light, ample electrical outlets, and good window shielding for darkness when sleeping.

Very small rooms. There were problems with water in the building.

The small but nice hotel, almost all the staff were very friendly, the only negative was that we asked for the transfer to the airport and first they told us that a car of 4 would take us, I said SAFE, 45 dollars! and they called them for the next day) we were two adults and three children, one of them small, the next day there was another person in reception and his speech was different: "impossible a car of 4 must be a car of 5 BUT I have already agreed a price. 65 dollars", . well it was not the agreed thing but the plane left and no longer we could choose another option ... the surprise is that the taxi driver told us by the way that the tariff was 90 dollars!!, conclusion we paid the double of what the first employee told us ... (if you ask the hotel is for reliability!!!), they also did not know where could have a gospel mass (and it is located in Harlem ..), lack of training for staff (although yes, they are nice!)

Bed was comfortable, room cleaning was daily, staff provided excellent customer service, view was spectacular, and location was close to subway.

The view from the room, bottled water, coffee, tea and shower products handed in every day, cleaning is also done every day. Hotel close to a metro stop, metro that takes us directly to the city centre. Breakfast, even if it is a little early (between 7 and 9 am) and once or twice, the person who took care of breakfast took a long time to complete the empty dishes .

Relatively small room with 4 people, nobody taking care of the breakfast, not really smiling, door closing very strongly and it takes a good half hour to get to the "downtown", but that's not really disturbing, the subway being very close and served all night long...

We had an amazing stay! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, helping us with everything from transportation to luggage storage. The location was very convenient as it was very close to a subway station and it was easy to get around the city. We also appreciated the clean room with USB plugs to charge our phones.

Lastly, the staff truly shines with their warm and accommodating service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during Labor Day weekend. The location was ideal, with a subway station just minutes away, allowing us to easily explore the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plush towels and extra bathroom amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed the stunning views of the city from our room. it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it to our friends and family.

The closet space in the room was limited, which made it challenging to store our belongings.

I keep returning for the exceptional service and friendly staff. They once helped print my tickets. The hotel has everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, a fitness studio, and express check-in/out. It suits me perfectly. I'll be back for my holiday.

The location was perfect for our purpose and in a beautiful area of the city. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Room and common areas were very clean. The decor was modern and appealing. The room had USB plugs for charging phones. The shampoo, soap, and body lotions smelled great. The hotel staff even allowed us to delay our checkout and held our luggage safely for 12 hours at no charge. They also assisted us with arranging a limo rental to the airport. the facilities and amenities were great for our business trip.

We felt extremely welcome during our stay and nothing was too much trouble.

The location of the hotel is superb, with close proximity to Fort Tryon Park and The Cloisters of Metropolitan Museum of Art. It's like being in the heart of history! The Fort Washington New Balance Track and Field Center is also nearby, making it convenient for sports enthusiasts.

Thin walls led to noise disturbances.

The hotel's trendy design and modern amenities made our family trip to New York truly memorable. The clean, well-appointed rooms and friendly staff provided a comfortable experience. The complimentary breakfast voucher for a nearby bagel shop was a thoughtful touch, and the proximity to NY Presbyterian Hospital and Columbia Medical Center was incredibly convenient for our family's needs.

In my wife's opinion, adding some children's amenities like a small play area would be great for families with children.
